Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabytes of data.
- Lead the development of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends to ensure Nebula Dynamics remains a market leader.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and inference costs for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of working with LLMs, NLP, and computer vision technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tooling.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
