Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning architectures to support enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for AI capabilities, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and ethical AI guidelines for the 2026 timeframe.
- Optimize deep learning models for inference speed and reduced latency in real-time environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM fine-tuning.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
