Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models, focusing on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable software products.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of the curve in AI trends and methodologies.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Mentorship of data science interns and junior researchers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and LLMs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
