Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling exascale data.
- Lead research initiatives into Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and its practical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate next-gen AI models into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy standards.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and hardware interfaces (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
