Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures optimized for quantum processors and heterogeneous computing environments.
- Quantum Algorithm Development: Translate complex mathematical models into efficient quantum circuits and classical control software.
- System Optimization: Enhance model inference speed and reduce latency in distributed AI systems to meet 2026 performance benchmarks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, quantum entanglement, and edge computing to ensure our stack remains cutting-edge.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and product managers to deliver robust, production-grade solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, open-ended problems in high-pressure environments.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and the ability to prototype concepts rapidly.
