Your Role
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. You will define the architecture for our flagship AI products and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge neural architectures for Large Language Models and Multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms for unsupervised learning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex research into market-ready AI features.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Oversee the MLOps pipeline to ensure continuous integration and deployment of models.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Experience with distributed training and large-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor technical teams.
