Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures tailored for real-time, multimodal AI applications.
- Optimize large-scale training pipelines to reduce inference costs by 40%+.
- Conduct rigorous research and publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Collaborate with product teams to translate cutting-edge research into scalable, user-facing features.
- Evaluate model safety, bias, and robustness in dynamic environments.
- Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving AI landscape to drive strategic technical decisions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning research or applied AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer models.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI models to production environments.
