Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines designed for the 2026 data landscape.
- Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI, publishing findings in top-tier conferences.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduced energy consumption.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into practical, high-impact applications.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance in all model training and deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning research or applied AI engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and distributed training.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers or shipping high-scale AI products.
