Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of novel deep learning models, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Design and implement scalable algorithms capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation to validate hypotheses and publish findings in top-tier academic conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to translate research breakthroughs into production-ready APIs and products.
- Mentor junior researchers and provide technical guidance on research methodologies and data analysis.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the AI field and identify potential applications for Nexus Future Labs.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research roles within top-tier tech companies or academic institutions.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of statistical learning theory and optimization algorithms.
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research papers.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
