Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve model robustness.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and validation experiments.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD interns.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning and AI research.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning.
- Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
