- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ethics) to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Nexus Horizon Labs at global tech conferences, establishing our authority in the 2026 tech landscape.
- Risk & Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI usage and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic or architectural leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) architectures.
