Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Strategy Architect to define our technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond. As we stand on the cusp of the next industrial revolution, you will be responsible for architecting the neural infrastructure that powers our next-generation generative AI solutions. This is a high-impact role for a technical leader who wants to shape the future of automation and intelligent systems.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical engineering deployment. You will lead a team of elite engineers in building scalable, efficient, and ethically sound AI models. If you are passionate about the trajectory of technology leading into 2026 and want to build systems that redefine human-machine interaction, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI Strategy Roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends in generative AI and multimodal learning.
- Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant neural network infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver production-ready models.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex 2026 technological visions into actionable engineering specifications.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs through advanced quantization and edge-computing strategies.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, fairness, and transparency in model training and deployment.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and model deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps toolchains (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing systems.
