Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Systems Architect to lead our mission into the future. As we prepare for the transformative year of 2026, we need a technical leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable, production-ready infrastructure. You will be responsible for architecting the neural foundations of our next-generation platform, ensuring our systems are resilient, intelligent, and future-proof.
In this role, you will not just implement existing technologies; you will define the architectural standards for the next era of computing. You will work closely with our research teams to integrate emerging models and optimize our core inference engines for speed and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructures: Design and implement distributed computing systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing for 2026 requirements.
- Lead Model Integration: Oversee the deployment of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems into production environments.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and tune model latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency to ensure optimal user experiences.
- Future-Proofing Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, evaluating new hardware accelerators (GPUs/TPUs) and software frameworks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and data governance frameworks to protect sensitive intellectual property.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in Machine Learning and Deep Learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing systems on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical architecture.
