Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical strategies for the 2026 product suite.
- Optimize neural network performance and reduce computational latency in production environments.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with evolving industry standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML system design.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
