Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term architectural roadmap for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead the design of scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural audits to ensure best practices are maintained.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Drive innovation in cloud-native technologies and AI integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience designing complex, scalable systems for high-traffic environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and API design (REST/GraphQL).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
