If you thrive on complex challenges and want to define the technical standards for the next decade, this is your opportunity to leave a lasting impact.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level design and practical implementation, ensuring our systems are not only scalable and secure but also future-proof. You will work alongside a world-class team of engineers and product leaders to deliver a product that will redefine industry standards.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on a groundbreaking initiative with a clear roadmap to market leadership.
  • Competitive compensation package with equity options.

  • Access to cutting-edge technology and continuous learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
  • Design scalable, distributed microservices architectures capable of handling high-throughput, low-latency environments.
  • Lead the technical review process, ensuring code quality, security, and performance across all engineering squads.
  • Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and serverless computing paradigms.
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Architect or Lead Engineer role.
  • Deep expertise in System Design, distributed systems, and high-availability architecture.
  • Proficiency in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Strong command of programming languages such as Go, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
