Responsibilities
- Future-Proof Roadmapping: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging tech trends to define the strategic vision for NovaTech through 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in Proof of Concept (PoC) development for cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI and Blockchain.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor global tech landscapes to identify high-potential innovations that could disrupt our market by 2026.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical future trends into actionable business strategies for the C-suite and board members.
- Partnership Building: Establish relationships with leading universities, research labs, and startups pioneering the tech of tomorrow.
- Strategic Integration: Evaluate and select the right technologies to integrate into our existing architecture to ensure scalability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Quantum Computing, and Extended Reality.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying future trends and successfully integrating them into business models.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex futuristic concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
