- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the company’s transition to next-gen computing paradigms.
- Cloud & Edge Integration: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing solutions across hybrid cloud and edge environments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Push the boundaries of latency and throughput for real-time AI inference.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, or Go; deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Expert knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, specifically regarding Kubernetes and Serverless architectures.
- Futuristic Tech: Familiarity with Web3 protocols, blockchain integration, or quantum computing concepts is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
