Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level technical vision for Project 2026, aligning it with global business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that integrate AI-driven automation with legacy infrastructure.
- Lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers in the research and development of next-gen technologies.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and evaluate their applicability to our product roadmap.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical concepts and project milestones.
- Mentor junior architects and establish best practices for code quality and system design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
