- Produce high-impact trend reports and future scenario briefings for executive leadership and product teams
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term market shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track emerging technologies
- Design and implement organizational foresight methodologies to embed future-thinking into core business processes
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists to build internal future literacy capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors with quantifiable impact projections
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong track record translating foresight insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience communicating complex future concepts to diverse audiences
