Responsibilities
- Develop and test microservices using Java/Python on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Debug and optimize existing backend systems
- Create technical documentation and API specifications
- Present project findings to engineering leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Available for 40 hours/week from June 1st - August 24th
- Authorized to work in the United States
