Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech ecosystems and societal impacts
- Advise executive leadership on emerging tech adoption and investment strategies
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for next-gen sustainable technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight analytics capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience developing 10-year+ strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of climate tech and sustainable development frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
