Responsibilities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Develop quantitative models predicting market disruption across 5+ industries
- Produce annual Future State Reports with executive-level strategic recommendations
- Manage cross-functional teams in executing innovation pilots
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Present findings at global forums and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience with Delphi methodology and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patents
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
