Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead ethics committees for autonomous decision-making frameworks
- Design neuro-interfaces for seamless human-machine cognition augmentation
- Coordinate global policy initiatives for ethical AI governance
- Architect predictive models for sociotechnical disruption scenarios
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in futurist methodologies
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and governmental bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science
- 8+ years in strategic technology forecasting or ethics governance
- Published research in quantum computing or human-AI collaboration
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting
- Certification in Ethical AI frameworks (IEEE/ISO)
- Experience with neuro-interface development or bio-signal processing
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (Python/R)
