- Forge strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Author white papers on quantum-AI convergence and ethical AI governance
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for emergent technology incubation
- Mentor junior futurists in transdisciplinary methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with proven impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Publish record in peer-reviewed journals (Nature/Science) or equivalent thought leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech convergence
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and Python/R
- Security clearance or ability to obtain government-level clearance
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable technology commercializations
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
