Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption paths
- Produce high-impact deliverables including horizon scanning reports and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives' alignment with long-term vision
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful strategic transformation projects
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic disruption vectors
