Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead high-impact workshops with executive teams to decode disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI ethics)
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness metrics across organizational functions
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry disruption and adaptation strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published author or recognized thought leader in futurism/innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFPS)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
