Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Identify and quantify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.) with 3-year impact projections
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible automation
- Present future-state briefings to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Collaborate with product teams to embed foresight methodologies into development lifecycles
- Author annual 'Future Horizons' reports with actionable market predictions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 2025+ strategic pivots
