Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market positioning
- Analyze global technology, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives
- Produce scenario-based strategic reports and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience building foresight programs in Fortune 500 companies
