Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum domains.
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen products and services.
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical shifts, climate impacts, and technological disruptions.
- Chair the annual 'Horizon Summit' convening industry leaders to co-create future roadmaps.
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate strategy and product development lifecycles.
- Publish thought leadership pieces in top-tier journals and keynote global innovation forums.
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to build organizational foresight capabilities.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure.
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with certification from APF or WFS.
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives (minimum 3 successful launches).
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks.
- Deep fluency in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology).
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights.
- Experience building and leading global innovation ecosystems across multiple sectors.
