- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward concepts into development cycles
- Present visionary briefings to stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist innovation team
- Author white papers and thought leadership on 2026 technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and industry forums
