Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging threats and opportunities across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Integrate future foresight into product roadmaps and corporate strategy cycles
- Mentor junior futurists and build a robust foresight methodology within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or technology journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
