Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework for global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging disruptors and opportunities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents
- Advise executive team on future-proofing business models and investments
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists and technology pioneers
- Integrate future analysis into product development and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders with compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
