Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI fusion algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits optimized for neural network integration
- Create patent-pending architectures for real-time quantum inference
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage into measurable business outcomes
- Mentor researchers on quantum machine learning best practices
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction techniques
- Proficiency with high-performance computing frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
