- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry pioneers
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers read by institutional investors
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi method and causal layered analysis
- Proven track record influencing C-suite decisions with long-term impact
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, GIGA)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global stakeholder engagement
