Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning to identify and prioritize emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative trend analysis using proprietary AI-driven foresight platforms
- Present compelling future narratives to executive leadership and external stakeholders through executive briefings
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or strategic foresight
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic implications of emerging trends
