Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify emerging opportunities
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their implications
