Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop quantitative future scenarios using predictive modeling and simulation frameworks
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging economic paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate innovation, consulting, or research with future-focused deliverables
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive presentation experience
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning Platform, Causal Layered Analysis)
