Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging paradigms
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational resilience
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Build cross-functional networks with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
