- Analyze emerging data streams to quantify future scenarios and risk-opportunity matrices

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and board-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, neurotech, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization expertise
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios implemented in commercial contexts
