Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology foresight frameworks aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype disruptive solutions for emerging markets
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and academic research to identify strategic opportunities
- Design scenario planning models for climate tech, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board committees
- Manage a portfolio of emerging technology incubation projects with $5M+ budgets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology domains
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive communication
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent professional designation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
