Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global mega-trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist work or innovation frameworks required
