Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions (quantum computing, AGI integration, biotech convergence)
- Author quarterly Future Briefings for executive board on disruptive technologies and systemic risks
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA innovation networks
- Architect 'Future-Proof' organizational design principles for 2026 workforce transformation
- Present to Fortune 100 clients on exponential technology adoption roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier-1 journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent domain expertise
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with federal innovation ecosystems (DARPA, NSF, DOE) preferred
