Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating and prototyping future-focused solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with industry disruptors and academic thought leaders
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across organizational divisions
- Monitor competitive landscapes and provide actionable intelligence on emerging disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Experience managing innovation budgets and resource allocation
