- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for R&D investment
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product concepts
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Curate an emerging tech ecosystem through partnerships with academia and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
