Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging social paradigms
- Develop and present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating technological, regulatory, and human-centric factors
- Build and steward a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into product development and business strategy frameworks
- Author thought leadership content including white papers, industry reports, and keynote presentations
- Advise on strategic investments in emerging technologies and market opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Future Studies, Sociology, Technology, or Business Innovation
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or foresight roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend modeling
- Demonstrated passion for ethical innovation and sustainable futures
