Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, social, and economic megatrends to forecast 2026+ developments
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and Fortune 500 partners
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on future-of-work evolution
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners
- Advise product development teams on next-gen user experience paradigms
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology or societal transformation
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of at least two future-critical domains (AI, climate tech, space, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Economics, or related field
