Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and cultural trends to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future vision and innovation priorities
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Design and manage horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-powered trend analysis tools
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in foresight consulting, corporate strategy, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic risk assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and data visualization
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
