- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight methodology
- Present trend analyses at global conferences and publish in industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record developing C-level strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience speaking at Davos, SXSW, or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patents in emerging technologies
