Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports on future-ready business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging customer needs
- Advise C-suite on risk mitigation and opportunity identification
- Build and manage a network of futurist practitioners and domain experts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine interfaces
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
